YouTube Helps Coke in Holiday Campaign
Although Coca-Cola has had uneasy feelings toward consumer created videos in the past, they have finally chosen to embrace this technology with the assistance of YouTube. Coca-Colas Holiday WishCast promotion invites visitors to create and send a video greeting card using video from six of the sites most popular video bloggers. This is the first time YouTube has brokered an ad deal that uses the content from its top users.
